Newsletter information
When you subscribe, we store your email address, confirmation and subscription status, signup time, and information about the signup visit, such as campaign parameters and the page used. We use this to confirm your address, send the practice emails and product updates you requested, handle unsubscribes and understand how signup pages perform.
Confirmation codes and private links are used to verify the address. Do not share them. You can stop marketing emails through the unsubscribe link in an email or contact us for help.
Website and campaign analytics
The site and download links record technical visit information, which can include IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, referrer, campaign tags and link-click identifiers. We use this to operate the site, troubleshoot problems, measure visits and downloads, and connect campaign activity where a supported attribution mechanism is available. A click identifier is an analytics label, not a login credential.
Browser storage
The site uses cookies for sessions and subscription-related state. Campaign parameters may be kept in session storage so they can follow your navigation to signup or app links. The practice checklist uses local storage on your device; it is not a synced app progress record. Blocking storage may limit these features, but you can still read the guides.
The companion app
Guitar Studio uses services including Firebase for account and app functionality and RevenueCat for purchase/subscription management. App events can be sent to our first-party analytics API. Apple or Google processes store payments; this newsletter does not collect payment card details. App-specific permissions and disclosures are provided in the app and its store listing.
Service providers and external links
Hosting, email delivery and app service providers process information needed to operate their services. Links to App Store, Google Play, Chordharbor and other external sites take you to services with their own privacy notices. Downloading the app is optional.
Retention and requests
We keep information needed to operate subscriptions, maintain service records, investigate issues and respect opt-outs. A limited unsubscribe/suppression record may be retained to avoid sending unwanted email. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion; we may verify ownership before acting. Applicable rights can depend on your location.
